The day after we arrived, the Manchester massacre happened, and now this! I recognize every inch of areas media are showing. We were there so recently, and walked everywhere. It is truly horrifying. I don't know who the victims were, but they could have been people we met.

(11,686 posts)the places we usually shopped without going through it. The day it happened I got up turned on the TV and there it was. I called my mother to ask if she saw it and to find out if my brother had friends who might have been there. My brother is a German Consultant so he knows a lot of people in Germany.
