My dad was on the music committee of the Gridiron Club in Washington for over 2 decades. After he passed away, I started doing it clandestinely for them in his memory, and though they aren't supposed to use material written by someone not in the Gridiron Club (there are only 60, and they all have to be professional journalists), they reached out to me to do some sings for them, and I know that some of my stuff was used in a Gridiron show.
