Dear So-called President,
In the months since your "emergency" 3-month travel ban was rejected -- a ban you said was necessary till you could review visa procedures and put better ones into place -- what have YOU accomplished with that time?
If it was an emergency, then surely you've been hard at work on it. Why haven't you finished the review by now? Why haven't you recommended any new visa procedures based on the review? Nobody was stopping you from doing any of that, and you've certainly had the TIME.
