If Democrats were running such ads, of course, they'd be felonious. Maybe even worthy of the death penalty.

I wondered this also. How is it okay when he's a private citizen and a witness. I don't understand how those ads are not witness intimidation.

Also, MSNBC had a positive Trump ad. First time I've seen that on their channel.
