6. Ortanique juice - I had to look that up. It seems very nice.

7. The perfect citrus

has more juice than an orange with that lovely hint of tangerine. Once you've had an ortanique, you abandon the orange. One of the joys is that they are mostly seedless. This is the end of the crop until August/September.
