What is Trump trying to distract us from with talk of possible Mueller firing?

- Suit against businesses by MD and DC AGs filed today?
- Further court failure of Muslim ban?
- Ridiculous cabinet meeting today?
- Sessions and his testimony tomorrow?
?
?
Why is the media letting him control the news with these planted hypotheticals?

he's trying to see if he can get away with it.

and i'm betting the answer is largely yes, in the sense that he'll remain president.

he'll take yet another big p.r. hit, but after that he'll stabilize as the media focuses on other stories like obamacare repeal, tax cuts, some military adventure, etc.

the price he'll pay is that his poll numbers will go down even more, and republicans in congress will avoid him like the plague when campaigning. but benedict donald won't mind that much, he'll still be president, he'll still be able to embezzle and profit from it, and he'll still get media covfefe. he prefers good covfefe, but any covfefe is better than no covfefe.

Though I don't see what they gain - when their voters start dying, the GOP will be toast.
