Why should we just accept that "Flynn lied to Trump" about his contacts with the Russians?

I know that Pence and Trump and the rest of the usual suspects all SAY that ol' "Flynn lied to Pence", but who here has any faith in their "integrity"?

Knowing what we know about Pence et al, isn't it AT LEAST as likely that Flynn didn't have to lie to Pence or tell him anything at all because Pence was FULLY AWARE of his Russian escapades and, in fact, had helped plan and schedule the contacts to help coordinate the hacking and negotiate the quid pro quo?

I'll admit I don't have any proof to support my version, but you know what? Pence hasn't offered any proof to support his version either.

1. there's Azerbaijan and 45's deals he made there, he went to Cuba when he wasn't supposed to legally

there's all his family's sneaky meetings with Russian mob..there's all his Russian mob connections... there's him denying he ever knew any when there are pictures ... and on and on

2. Even if Flynn did not disclose his Russia/Turkey involvement to Pence

Others notified Pence in his capacity as the Transition Head...

Elijah Cummings sent him a letter ...

And Comey eluded to the possibility that Pence was in fact aware of Flynn's activities....

And there are unverified assertions that there is in fact audio evidence of Pence asking some foreign representatives if they might be able to help clean up Flynn's background/Resume.....

He knew. He is involved. He now has an attorney.

3. I know Pence was part of the White House spin machine

Unfortunately, they all decided on what the party line would be.

It went down on the talkshow circuit to spin their wares.

The White House chose to hire Mike Flynn as national security advisor after compromise info

and then chose to fire after the information was published by the Washington Post.

lying to the vice president was just a cover story after getting caught spinning this story.



Thus, is politics. They are just atrocious at it, basically they are not politicians, they are liars

4. I think it's pretty clear

From the way Trump has phrased the Flynn firing and he's desire to not only end the investigation but reportedly actually bring Flynn back on staff, that Trump knew full well what Flynn was doing and didn't care!
