to explain why Trump had to fire Comey to try and stop the investigation.

They being the "brain trust" (Sessions, Kushner, Bannon, whoever).

So they had Rosenstein write a memo to cover their ass.

Only Donny "two scoops" Twitler just couldn't stick to the story. Had to blurt out that HE fired Comey and it was because of "Russia, Russia, Russia!!"

Which led to Rosenstein having to select Mueller as "special counsel" to continue the investigation.

So in tiny Donald's brain... Rosenstein is investigating him...
