Rosentein is an unknown quantity to me. I can't tell if he is intimidated by trump and bending to his will, or leading trump down the garden path.

That statement of Rosenstein's last night was a head-scratcher. I first thought it was pro-trump - don't listen to "anonymous sources," but in light of this trump tweet of this morning, wondering if he wasn't actually dismissing trump himself? But why the reference to foreign countries? Give me a clue?
