Did Kelly Anne have a stroke?
Just saw her on Fox and it looks like she's suffering from some sort of partial face paralysis.

23. Unless it's very recent then I don't think so
If you have it you can tell who else has it fairly easily. I've had it a few years now, 90% recovery for it, but it made me pretty attuned to others that have it.

31. Same here, 10 years ago, came back to the tune of about 90%.
but late at night, if I am very tired, it becomes much more pronounced. A lot of sagging around the eye area. Also if I have a drink for some reason (which is rare, thankfully)

is sometimes a guest on Chris Hayes' show, has it. So does Greta Van Susteren.

16. Stress Can Bring On....Bell's Palsy....
"Bell's palsy is a form of temporary facial paralysis resulting from damage or trauma to the facial nerves. The facial nerve-also called the 7th cranial nerve-travels through a narrow, bony canal (called the Fallopian canal) in the skull, beneath the ear, to the muscles on each side of the face. For most of its journey, the nerve is encased in this bony shell.
Each facial nerve directs the muscles on one side of the face, including those that control eye blinking and closing, and facial expressions such as smiling and frowning. Additionally, the facial nerve carries nerve impulses to the lacrimal or tear glands, the saliva glands, and the muscles of a small bone in the middle of the ear called the stapes. The facial nerve also transmits taste sensations from the tongue. When Bell's palsy occurs, the function of the facial nerve is disrupted, causing an interruption in the messages the brain sends to the facial muscles. This interruption results in facial weakness or paralysis. Bell's palsy is named for Sir Charles Bell, a 19th century Scottish surgeon who described the facial nerve and its connection to the condition. The disorder, which is not related to stroke, is the most common cause of facial paralysis. Generally, Bell's palsy affects only one of the paired facial nerves and one side of the face, however, in rare cases, it can affect both sides." https://www.ninds.nih.gov/Disorders/Patient-Caregiver-Education/Fact-Sheets/Bells-Palsy-Fact-Sheet And considering how many daily lies Bobblehead Kellyanne tells, a case of Bell's Palsy popping up is not a surprise, in the least. |

17. She always looks like that.
I notice many Trump surrogates have it to a lesser degree. I think it is too much botox and trying to keep a neutral face on while lying constantly on-camera. When we lie, the automatic reaction is blink, look down and look ashamed. These people fight that reaction when they sell their outrageous lies. It's gotta be stressful.
Remember when you made an ugly face and your mom said "What out, it will freeze like that"? Well there you go. It froze like that. |

One eyelid appears hooded and the other actually looks good. Whoever did the Botox just needs to tweak it.

![]() The sag there, and the newly relaxed face muscles leads me to think she's having a reaction to a Botox drift. My mom had the same thing happen to her once. |

32. Everything on that side of face is somewhat sagged.
There is a bagginess under that eye, too. The eyebrow on that side is lower. So maybe the Botox camp is correct. Back to the doctor's office for a bit of tweaking. Or a party. I read where ladies with the money have Botox parties with someone qualified to inject it as the special guest. Oh, boy! Brie and Botox for everybody.
