From thanking everybody except his food taster to the violinist playing "The Star-Spangled Banner" to his typical flourishing display of the order he signed RIGHT ON THIS STAGE!, I kept waiting for a Jerry Lewis-style ending with balloons dropping and fireworks in the background.
