Earlier, I read the whole thread.. It makes trump NOT filling positions look like a *brilliant* tactic..
They remove or recuse a couple, no one is left, to investigate.
Did it seem that way to You?
Eventually they get down to someone they hope will get them off scot free.
Not that this will work in the long run, imo.
