When I searched for confirmation of the obstructions investigation, the only hits I get (other than bowel obstruction!) is referenced to Taylor. I hope he is right, but not getting too excited.... Logically, Bannon will be investigated too. He is the chief adviser. It's a safe guess to make.

White House issued an undated, retroactive ethics waiver for Bannon and other White House staff that does not appear to be legal. But that is more about his illegal contact with Breitbart after he took the White House job. Not sure it has anything to do with protecting him for obstruction charges. Hmmm...
