10. Hearing on the motion to unseal the files on Sater

While the proceedings may be of interest, it's unlikely that Judge Chen will rule on the spot and more likely take the matter under advisement for a period of time before issuing a written order on the motion. That order, of course, will be subject to an immediate appeal and an injunction against unsealing the files if that's what she rules.
