Cuba is a Marxist-Leninist system. Trumps idiotic decision to reinstate the restrictions on Cuba is deplorable, but your framing of it is wrong.

Casting the Russians into the Cold War ideological battles in addition to being grossly inaccurate misses what is really going on: a global resurgence of right wing authoritarianism in a scale not seen since the 1930s.
