Will Bland take the job knowing she will be expected to fire Mueller?

Just looking ahead to the possibilities of Trump burning the house down over his own head.

What happens when Rosenstein is recused or fired? Next up is Bland. Will she willingly take a job when she knows that she will be expected to fire Mueller?

a. She can take the job and hope that Trump will allow her to continue the investigation, then resign when Trump demands loyalty?

b. She takes the job knowing that she will close down the investigation.

Sad but true. This is the more likely scenario than the GOP congress impeaching him. BigmanPigman Jun 2017 #3

Everyone says it won't happen since it would make the Donald look even more guilty but I doubt the GOP is willing to throw him under the bus yet, even if there is another "Sat. Night Massacre".

But it was all hush, hush behind closed doors and occurred after the Comey's memos came out.

So, my question is what really triggered Rosenstein to go behind Dump's back and hire Mueller, knowing that Dump would be displeased?

Was Rosenstein afraid he would be charged in obstruction of justice with the Comey firing? Was he a patsy placed in this position before hand to insure a special prosecutor would be called for? I just cannot believe that he would write up a derogatory evaluation on Comey without discussing with outside council first....even if he is evil...I cannot believe he would leave himself that exposed originally. He is supposed to be a savey attorney .... this play is too beginner level. How long was it after he was voted that a special prosecutor was assigned?

I do not believe in the deep state theory being advocated by the Rubs and please don't think I adhere to that non-sense.

However, since Sessions recused himself on the Russian investigation, Rosenstein was in the thick of it before Comey was fired. Rosenstein would be or is the strongest witness for obstruction of justice in regards to Russiangate.
