I sort of want him to fire Mueller and Rosenstein

especially after watching Watergate Revisited. Firing Yates then Comey isn't equal to the Sat Night Massacre but if he fired these two, well.... I think that it would be both good and bad.

DC and most of the country would metaphorically explode. I hope it would make investigations go faster and produce results sooner.

Nixon had a democratic congress. Trump has a republican congress to protect him if he makes this move. The idea that republicans will step up a do the right thing for the country if Trump were to make such a move is a total fantasy. The only thing that will happen is Trump will get some stooge who will be approved by a party line vote.

uninterrupted. He is assembling an amazing team, and the only way to truly bring 45 down - not just from office but more - is to let this play out.

Lets get all the actors involved. Firing and then having Pence doing a basic blanket pardon means everyone involved gets off. Trump is not going to go to jail, nor anyone in his family....no matter how much everyone here want's it, a former President and his family members will not go to jail. This happens to nations that are considered "backward" and corrupt...even if it is true of the current situation, that optic will not be allowed to play out. Removal from power and stigma will be his punishment.

However, corrupt aides, officials, etc. will get jail time. And they will be made an example of, in order to dissuade a future "Rodger Stone" or to get people to flip easier for a lighter sentence or get a "get out jail free card". Showing that if you aide corruption, you pay the price, not the corrupt individual.

and repub party who were not completely corrupt and unpatriotic.

Today the most corrupted and least patriotic bunch in our history are in charge of Congress.

different. I still think he can be impeached...but I am more focused on 17 and 18 at the moment...taking either the Senate or the House would shut him down.

you who long for civil unrest or a revolution should do some reading on what happened to other countries when that point was reached.

However, as we seen this last week...tensions are flaring and politicians are not working together to do what is best for the country. And we have a leader who is no moral or ethical compass that calls for peace, but someone who continuously calls for violence. This rhetoric is fanning the waves of both sides of the isle.

After Dump leaves office, because he will have to for peace to come, we really need someone of high moral character to bring the tensions down and bring unity back to the country.

In the past when we have had an external aggressor, our country has banded together and united to fight any outside intruder....however, this time....Putin is showing us he can disrupt us from internally. We have to shed light on all the darkness in order to lance our wound.
