Like so many mouthpieces for the radical religious right, he never exhibited a shred of genuine decency or morality---nothing but anger, hate, and the desire to inflict punishment on those who held views contrary to his own. Small wonder that trump sought him out for his legal team.

BTW, Comey is and never was Agent Orange's (thank you to another DUer for that) lawyer so the RW douche bags should be called out every time they said he violated client/lawyer privilege.

...and in a totally demeaning manner, like Wallace is stupid:

Sekulow: "So he's being INVESTIGATED for taking the action he was recommended to take"
Wallace: "First of all, you just admitted he's being investigated... "
Sekulow" "No!"
Wallace: "You just said..."
Sekulow: "He's NOT being investigated!"
Wallace: "You just said that he's being investigated"
Sekulow: "I just said that the investiga...anythi...let me be CRYSTAL clear so you can completely understand...BLAH BLAH"
Wallace: "Sir, you just said two times that he's being investigated"
Sekulow: (Rolls his eyes)

LOL. If I had the power to force Conald the Grump to use a lawyer of my choice, this would be my guy.

It's really not that hard ... if you simply understand that his explanation of the tweet is &quot Drumpf) is responding to the article SAYING he's being investigated".

IOW, Drumpf was (to Sekulow's reasoning/spin) NOT trying to say "Yes, I'm being investigated" like it's factual, rather it was like &quot Oh, RIGHT, so according to this article) I'm being investigated for ... blah blah?!?".

Drumpf left out the part in parentheses, and that's what Sekulow's point/argument is, that's 'what he meant'.

I followed it fairly easily, and to me Wallace was kinda engaging in 'gotcha' stuff there, and so is everyone else saying 'he's admitted he's under investigation'. No, he didn't. Or, at least, the case can be made 'that wasn't what he meant'.

Don't get me wrong, FCK Donald Drumpf ... but we don't need to resort to the same sort of BS he engages in all the time to bring him down. Saying 'he admitted he's being investigated' is a form of 'fake news', and we don't have to go there. Opens us up to invalid claims that we don't actually care about 'the truth', when we clearly DO.

We should all be 'used to' the surrogates coming out and spinning the Drumpf shitty, unclear Tweets into some semblance of something 'sensible' ... to the rest of us. Lame as that entire concept is ...

Also ... "Revolutionized?" What a dick. Like Obama didn't have the mental acumen to use Twitter to reach the public if he'd wanted to. Instead he maintained the proper DIGNITY and DECORUM of the friggin' OFFICE of POTUS, unlike your 'client' who makes a fcking MOCKERY of it every damn day.

What the idiot is trying to say is that Trump is responding to the accusation that he is being investigated, not the FACT that he is being investigated. However, the real sad part is that he could know BEFORE he tweets with a simple phone call. Could we have a dumber president if we tried? I don't think so.

Also, Kellyanne came out today and said Trump's investigtion tweet was just "irony".

Neither of which lame excuse matters, what's more interesting is that the president of the US (via Twitter and his spokespeople) is more interested in pushing the message that he isn't under investigation than pretty much anything else. Which ironically keeps the subject front-page news.

Has respect for atty-client privilege unlike Comey?

I caught that too and started yelling there is no client privilege between 45 and Comey.

He said it at least 2x - like he was really insulting Comey, What a fucking idiot

But Trump probably loved it and thought he really handed it to Wallace
