17. That's what is called a Goose Creche...

where a few adults will babysit all the young 'uns of a clan in one protected bunch. That lone Goose pictured might not even be a mama, just have an especially aggressive nature and be expert at fending off predators, so the family trusts their babies will be safe with her. They're often older experienced grannies.
