Remember: Ossoff doesn't live in the district

I think that may be the main reason he couldn't close the gap between those last two points. He didn't even rent an apartment there. I would never have voted for Handel, but that fact would be something I , as a liberal voter, wouldn't have liked about him. So, I am betting those wavering had that as a deciding factor.

He needs to move there, then actually NOT BE NICE AND RIP TRUMP AND THE GOP TO SHREDS.

Being nice didn't work against the early Nationalist Socialist Party, and it isn't working for Dems.

who learns from those mistakes he will win. Remember, Bill Clinton got his butt booted from the Gov's office but came back to win the office back and then the Presidency.

due to Marielito criminal activity at a Federal prison in Arkansas that he had nothing to do with.

I think last week's shooting had a lot more to do with GOP voters getting ginned up than we thought it would. Polls from before the shooting had this as a virtual tie.

And, I'm not attacking Ossoff -- I think he did terrific.

And, his run was very important: it helped show us what we need to do, and how we can flip red districts.

9. It did not work in my district even with Zephyr Teachout buying a house here because people knew why

she bought the house and that she had no relationship to the district prior to running here.

At least Ossoff was born in the district and lived next door. Not the case with Zephyr who was born in another state and lived and worked NYC. Not next door. Honestly I don't know what she will do with the house she bought.

Like it or not, he was a carpetbagger, albeit not much of one. Still, that undoubtedly hurt him. If probably cost a point and if it cost him two points, then that's why he lost.
