Mitch and his minions have released the "Better Care" Act which as we all know is anything but true. Really the republican minions of corporations wish to enact the "We Don't F... Care" Act. This brings to mind an important and very real change in the dialectic: THE REPUBLICANS CAN'T GET AWAY FROM THE WORD "CARE". This is significant.
