Ivanka to give testimony in shoe suit

Ivanka Trump has been ordered to sit for questioning over claims that she ripped off an Italian shoe designer despite pleas to exempt her from testimony due to her exceptional circumstances as one of the Presidents top advisors.
A Manhattan federal judge on Friday ordered the Presidents daughter sit for deposition with luxury shoe designer Aquazurra Italia, which claims Trumps $130 Hettie shoe is a cheap knock off of its $785 Wild Thing red stiletto.
In her three-page ruling, Judge Katherine Forrest said she agreed with Aquazurras lawyers that Trump, a named defendant, is key to the lawsuit.
Given the obvious time constraints that Ms. Trump must currently have .. it is nonetheless true that she is alleged to have personal involvement in the events at issue in this lawsuit, Judge Forrest said ...
