Ivanka Trump Must Answer Questions in Wild Thing Shoe Suit
U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest in Manhattan on Friday said Trump must spend two hours responding to questions about the design of a shoe sold by her company.
Ms. Trumps public statements regarding active and comprehensive brand management lead to a reasonable inference that the shoe at issue would not have been released without her approval, Forrest said in a three-page order. In such a situation, a deposition is appropriate.

I had no involvement in the conception, design, production or sale of the Hettie Shoe, Trump said June 16 in a declaration filed with the court. My involvement was strictly limited to the final sign-off of each seasons line after it was first reviewed and approved by the companys design team.
[Doesn't that sound like something her father would say?]

(60,010 posts)Trump puts up hotels. He actively supervises the building of them he tells people. He promotes them.
He promotes his "brand" which is his name and certain standards. Puts his name on each one in big gold letters.
Takes credit for any successes.
But when there's a problem?
"I don't own them, I only own my name which they use and pay me for"
douche doesn't fall far from the bag.

Here's the one she ripped off:

It is a stiletto sandal with four-inch heels and no padding. Either one of them looks like a violation of the Geneva Convention.

(89,244 posts)but the thing with her is she could have gone to fashion school or taken any other classes to learn and do her own thing.
but what she liked about it was just the fame and glamour one sees on tv. just like her ugly piece of shit slob father wanting to be president.
i know a lot of talented designers who make their own stuff and with the money she had access to they could do some amazing things.
but with everything she had she just made cheap ass fucking knockoffs.

(32,078 posts)Okie dokie. That is "involvement" right there, you lying dumb ass.
I see she even inherited her fathers liar gene, and/or his stupid gene. If you put your name on some product, don't you want to make sure it's not a rip-off first? Not if your name is "Trump". apparently.
