I read that it is now called the Ryan White Care Act. It took me a few minutes to realize it was a

health care bill initiated by Ryan White AIDS case 30 years ago. I first thought it was the new name for Paul Ryan's health care bill. I hate what this country has become as I now associate the name of a congressional bill to help the victims of AIDS with a bill that would end benefits to those same people and only allow for health care money to be spent on white America.
