re protest at mcturle's office yesterday- does anyone know how many injuries

resulted from the way they yanked people out of their wheelchairs?

it doesnt take much to hurt someone who has those kinds of handicaps. even repositioning someone in bed requires a trained cna per medicare/medicaid rules.

any word?

Pointed them towards wheelchair accessible police vans and the people in the wheelchairs drove themselves into the vans.

I also saw one of the police women say to one of the protesters "Did you find your wheel chair?" the person said yes and she replied gently "good"

So I think some of the police would have joined the protests if they could. It wasn't like the accessibility protests of the 70s
