Why Are 'Pro-Life' Republicans Pushing a Bill That Will Kill Tens of Thousands?

Why Are 'Pro-Life' Republicans Pushing a Bill That Will Kill Tens of Thousands?
If "pro-life" were anything but a slogan meant to restrict women's rights, GOP senators would not be supporting this legislation
By David S. Cohen

Here's a dark fact: Every single GOP senator who calls him or herself pro-life who votes for the Republican health care bill knowingly will be voting for legislation that will kill tens of thousands of Americans per year.

Specifically, the Obamacare "repeal and replace" bill that's currently before the Senate could result in at least 26,500 additional dead Americans per year, according to researchers.

The math here is quite clear.

And the second that baby is born, the "pro-life" holier than thou hypocrites could give a shit if it dies of hunger or lack of medical care/no health insurance.

They will cheer as the poor child expires as a matter of fact!

They would actually have to spend...$$$$...on them in the form of food assisitance, taxes for health care etc.

Then they consingn the fetus they once "loved" to the pits of hellfire and damnnation like all good republicans do!

I hate the so-called "pro-life" movement, they are the destroyers of freedom with their own sharia laws, they hate the poor and the sick, they have destroyed the testimony of Jesus of Nazareth with many people and replaced it with gun and money$ loving, poor, minority refugee and sick hating REPUBLICAN (jesus).

... in their narrative, the people who will be kicked off insurance are just lazy, don't want to work, need to go out and get another job, etc. In other words, it's their own fault if they get sick or die because they made bad choices.

Oh, and they're not "pro-life" in any sense of the word. They merely want to punish women for having sex. As in "they made bad choices."

Because, you see, the Republicans have made themselves the deciders as to what the rest of us should and shouldn't do. Never mind freedom or respecting different viewpoints or any of that foolishness.

The whole premise is to distract from the underlying purpose -- to control less-powerful citizens' behavior, punish those that deviate from the dogma, and, of course keep 'em poor.

Most of them don't know WHAT they are. They just sing the same sad refrains that they hear from the pulpit on Sunday. They hate women that don't submit to men and believe it is a woman's duty to churn out a bunch of kids.

As to the health care bill killing people - they don't CARE unless it directly impacts them personally.
