S.C. Rape and incest bill vetoed as a "distraction"

I really hate calling people the "b" word, but this "b" is leaning on me right now. How the hell can she veto a bill that funds rape and incest victims? What the hell is wrong with Nikki Haley? Who has been spiking this "b's" orange juice? The Repigs are really going too far. If these people don't get up on Nov. 6th and vote a pack of them out of office we are in for some seriously fucked years to come.
