The GOP recognizes that health care is complicated!
The good news is that a few of them seem to have some level of intelligence. However, they do not have the horsepower to understand the system, define goals for improvement, design a system or implement the new design.
All they know is to cut taxes and spite obama. Standing on CONservative principles is not a problem solving tool.
