The Times’ story showcased the president’s supreme incompetence when it comes to health insurance deliberations:

A senator who supports the bill left the meeting at the White House with a sense that the president did not have a grasp of some basic elements of the Senate plan — and seemed especially confused when a moderate Republican complained that opponents of the bill would cast it as a massive tax break for the wealthy, according to an aide who received a detailed readout of the exchange.

Mr. Trump said he planned to tackle tax reform later, ignoring the repeal’s tax implications, the staff member added.

And pick up the pieces the next morning - with a crashing headache and wondering WTF is sleeping next to you.

Seriously, having lived almost all my life as a "guy" and having spent way too much time in KY, CO, KS, and other "manly" states. The conversational mode is to lie like shit, retract when absolutely necessary, and sleep it off.

It's a pity a poor rich boy like dRump (or Ryan or McCoward) needs to pretend to be a boyz-n-the-hood type of guy to make himself less pitiable.

Now I'm thinking of their roles in Lord of the Flies.

Better question would be a specific one about the bill itself.

It takes knowledge of things to manage them well. I have 16 years property management experience. I am managing my first Section-8 project and it is DAMN HARD!!!

But that's not what they have been teaching at business schools or those phony seminars/workshops.

In the corporate world, they tell you that when you are a "manager", you "manage people", NOT the actual "business" - which eschews micro-managing, and requires you to know how to motivate (whether via reward or punishment) "people" to bring about a successful result in business performance. If you are a "supervisor" then you "supervise" those who will be carrying out the work and you need to know a bit about what it is they are doing.

This is why you see high-level CEOs bouncing around from corporation to corporation (including unrelated ones).

IMHO, this is flawed thinking and results in a Drumpf or a Carly Fiorina (and many other failed "managers&quot , but it is what it is in the (high level) "business" world at this point.

He needs to get thrown in a locked, padded cell, posthaste. He's had a complete break with reality, or maybe just the English language.

He is very limited in the specifics of ANYTHING. But his minions often aren't very savvy either, so when he gives them very vague answers, that he delivers with emphasis, they believe him. Even if there is absolutely nothing concrete in his answers to check, he gives the impression he has answered the question. Just for one small moment I'd like to see that dullard on Jeopardy. Just once.....the man behind the curtain revealed as a fraud! He is the ultimate low information voter's candidate.

Time for the Trumpster to hold a Q&A to show off his healthcare expertise, his knowledge of the details and then explain how the Republican wealth-care plan has any semblance to his own claim that 'he'd cover everyone at a far cheaper cost and it will be the best, most fabulous healthcare, ever."

Yeah, I'd tune in for that, popcorn at my elbow. DT, the healthcare egghead, and me. Can't wait.
