I realize the R congress would be very reluctant , but it is much easier than going for impeachment and would show the country that some lawmakers put country before party.
Could a D congressman introduce a motion to censure him?

Yes, the President can be censured and no, it won't matter because t-RUMP will flout any attempt at discipline.
