Check out what voter data can be purchased, for non-prohibited purposes. And I imagine it's mostly the honor system for that.

Many have already taken up the slack with Sanctuary Cities, Climate Change, Health Care, etc. I hope more red states eventually wake up and smell the coffee instead of manure.

in order to make Putin sad? That doesn't make sense to me.

Of course YMMV. Have a great 4th.

Putin already got what he wanted by helping Trump get elected. Trump is largely ineffective internationally, and is creating chaos within the US. That was basically my observation.

How else am I supposed to take that in the context of Texas refusing to comply with Trump's voter disenfranchisement commission?

Listen I am not wanting to argue w you.

You have a diff point of view on this than I do. I have zero problems w different points of view.

Again happy 4th of July, hope you have a great one.

A lot of voter data you can buy, as long as you promise not to use it in a way that is prohibited.

It doesn't include SSNs, I'll give 'em that.

Skimmed the article.

Yep, they're releasing everything you could buy if you were, say, a candidate.

And it's a lot.

In Texas a *lot* of voter data is public, in the sense that you can request (and pay for) it, for non-prohibited purposes.

The PA governor wrote a priceless letter to Kobach.

Ending by saying he could, like any private citizen, buy the 'voter rolls,' for $20 but must agree not to use them for various and sundry illegal activities..
