I can now add Oregon to the list of states that said NO

Yesterday, I emailed our Republican SOS's office (most of our state government is in Democratic hands) and requested that my personal voter information not be shared with the Kobach fishing expedition. This afternoon I received a response with a copy of the letter SOS Richardson sent back. He said NO! And he talked about how great our automatic registration and 100% vote by mail system works.

Re: Washington State: Wyman, a Republican, said on Thursday she would consider the request over the weekend, but on Friday she tweeted the state will send the commission names, addresses and dates of birth of registered voters because that information is available to the public.

I'm disappointed to hear that our birth dates are public, because that is useful info for people involved in identity theft.

Gov. Carney,

I am requesting that Delaware join the 20+ states that are refusing to fully comply and turn over voter information beyond what is already publicly available. There is no reason they need to know every citizen's election attendance back to 2006, social security numbers, or other PNPI information. As this last election has demonstrated, they are not planning on investigating voter fraud (which is very rare), but have every intention of using this information to purge and manipulate voter rolls across the country. While the information doesn't include actual votes cast, it will show that a person voted in the Democratic or Republican primary. In a closed primary state such as DE, this is troubling. Votes are between the voters and the ballot box! We should all be concerned as to how our own government will use such information. Considering the news over the last few months, we should also be concerned how the Russian government could use such information.

I was a bit concerned because Oregon's one and only Republican statewide elected official is the Secretary of State.

SALEM, Ore. — Oregon's chief election official on Friday told President Donald Trump's commission investigating allegations of voter fraud that it could receive a statewide list of voters for $500, just like anyone else.
