Sure we love watching Morning Joke now.

Lots of fun watching the right eat its own.

But let's not forget that Joey and Mika did a lot to legitimize the trump campaign early on while feathering their ratings nest.

But mostly I got sick this morning watching Joe lament that trump's antics were keeping the country from implementing the glorious conservative wet dream of freeing corporations from regulations and cutting taxes for the "job creators".

Then when he began ranting about how the women of the WH needed to stand up to trump, how it was their responsibility to defend women by speaking up and getting fired, Mika suggested quietly that men in the WH could stand up to trump also. Joe just talked right over her, ignoring her as she meekly ducked her head, and went on saying how the women of the WH were not doing what they should.

Joe is still an ass.

I still remember how Scarborough was when he was in Congress and would come on these cable shows as a guest.

One of THE biggest assholes there was. Seriously one of the worst.

I've never bought his more 'moderate' image overhaul and never will.

But I'm perfectly fine with Joe and Mika attacking him. Distracting him from trying to work on his own agenda. There was a post here yesterday about a report saying that Trump was going around the WH asking people what they thought of his tweets against Joe and Mika. If the Orange Shit Gibbon is spending his day making himself look like an ass engaging in a hissy fit with Joe and Mika rather trying then working the phones trying to get Repubs in line to pass the McConnell health care plan in the Senate, the better for us.

Rachel had it right. While the world is watching the orange monkey fling shit, the kochs and other corporate interests are dismantling the government. They are doing away with regulations and oversight. They are closing offices that would be required to find out how the republicans are stealing the government. The monkey is appointing young goons to the SC who will be there for the next thirty years. Health care fights, twitter rants, sheer nastiness. They are part of the plan. The media is examining the attack on the media instead of reporting on our county being taken from us.

I watch a lot of things I don't agree with. That's one of the things that make me different from the sheep that follow their orange leader.

Trumplethinskin needs to be called out on all of his bullshit. I don't care who does it.

But, I never have watched a full show of his. Can barely stomach sound bites.

Until Scarborough departs this earth, needs to be reminded of the dead intern 24/7 if possible, at the very least he needs to be asked for an explanation about the dead intern found in his office at every interview.

It reminds me of the time a couple of disc jockeys in Chicago (WLS radio, as I remember) went to "war" with each other, and it boosted both shows' ratings.

It may have the effect of drawing in more of the progressive base that likes MSNBC to their show. I think the engagement/marriage thing for Joe and Mika is a gimmick for the same effect.
