But according to the San Diego Union Tribune, Ramirez is awaiting deportation all the same. Hes been in a detention facility since May, when Border Patrol staked his house out and detained him.
Trump said, Lets keep all the good people here and all the bad people out, Ramirez, who both doesnt have a criminal record and has not previously been given a deportation order, told the Union Tribune.
Thats great, but Im here, Ramirez said. If Im here, anybody can be here. Im not saying Im the best person in the world, but Ive tried to live a good life.
Despite Trump issuing the executive order that led to his ordered deportation, Ramirez, who came to the United States at age 11, said he still supports the president and considers himself a Republican.

So many people don't see that the Republican Party isn't what it used to be, it has been taken over and corrupted by radical extremists. Faux news and talk radio have brainwashed people into thinking what is happening is okay.

(11,256 posts)This guy doesn't get it. To people like Trump and his white nationalist followers, everyone who's different is inherently "bad."
People just assume that when people discriminate, it only affects someone else who they believe rightly "deserves it." That it could never affect "good people." But that's not how it works, and this guy is now paying the price for his ignorance.
