1. Two reasons why this will not happen.

With a Democrat-led House and Senate, yes.

With Ryan and McConnell at the helm, no. I don't care what they find. Nothing will happen. Nothing.

If Ryan and / or McConnell feel personally threatened, yes...they will take action.

If they both feel confident that they will retain control of the House and Senate in 2018, nothing.

Their confidence may be misplaced...we COULD wipe up the floor with them...but as long as they feel that the fix is in, Trump will stay right where he is until at least the 2020 elections.

But even with that out there as well as the audio and video clips of him, the conservative wealthy, who own the broadcast media and who own the GOP leaders, refuse to act until they get at least SOMETHING out of him first (i.e., some ROI = return on investment), which has been difficult because he is out of control.
