Is it possible for the 1% to facilitate the overthrow of democratic governments overseas for their personal/national interests and not expect them to eventually try the same tactics at home.

The RETHUGs aren't even hide their attempts to steal the November elections - they're doing everything they can to destroy the legitimacy of the well established Democratic Party.

Seriously it is scary - I hope they are whipped.

1. Well we already know they're criminals.

Look at the statistics: GOPs are more numerous than Dems by a lot shot in white collar crime and violent crimes including tax fraud, money laundering, bribes, kickbacks, donation frauds, racketeering, child molestations, carnal knowledge, child pornography and on and on and on. Overseas they already set up corporate run kangaroo courts outside the jurisdiction of the nations they're operating in, etc etc. So it's no doubt that they would try anything to hijack the system here as well. They're criminals pure and simple and for far too long America has had its own major political party representing organized crime. Look at Japan-run by the Yakuza (Their mafia). It could easily go that way here. And since where money goes power and influence follows they could possibly pull it off.
I hope in November Obama crushes Romney as easily as he crushed McCain in 08. But let's not get our hopes up. Those two criminals have some very deep pockets.
