Does it occur before it's deposited in his offshore accounts or does it get directly deposited by Bain and then involve deductions which he must make? How does he pay for his real estate purchases including the multi-million dollar remodeling going on at his La Jolla home? Does it come from domestic accounts or foreign? If foreign, wouldn't he have to take affirmative steps to transfer the money? How about his tax payments? Doesn't he have to pay quarterly on that and therefore wouldn't he have to give his accountant documentation on the amounts being deposited in ll his foreign accounts?

It only shows that he has so much money he can't keep track of it all that h, indicating that he's careless. Or, he's too stupid to hire a competent accountant to tend to his money. Why would anyone trust this turd with the nation's money, if he can't even keep tabs of his own money?
