Trump Hotel in DC
Given that Trump refuses to release his tax returns why can't the American people demand that the financials for Trump Hotel in DC be released. The Trump Organization does not own that property, the Federal Govt does. I would hope that, under the lease, the Trump Organization would have to provide financials to the Landlord (i.e. the Federal Govt).
Why couldn't an Open Records Act be submitted to demand how much of the income comes from foreign entities and Trump Organization be forced to fork that info over? Trump does not own that property.
Why can't some group sue the GSA (or whoever it is that holds the lease) for not making the Trump Organization give up their lease as it violates the Emoluments clause and that the Federal Govt as colluded with Trump to hide how much money Trump has received from foreign entities. Is that something that Mueller could look into?
