what I don't know.
No Jon - or Steve Colbert yesterday, or today, on my Comedy Central channel.

(22,380 posts)don't they do re-runs when they are taking time off. I find it weird. But I'm sure the answer will come.

(756 posts)He tries way too hard to make it seem like he goes after both sides equally. Especially since Obama took office.
Not to mention that Rumsfeld interview was a complete joke

(756 posts)Stewart is an asshat. Colbert and Maher are so ahead of him. Deal with it.

(1,033 posts)Last week they showed repeats and this week I guess they won't even bother with those.
They should be back next week, though.

Now, by all means, let's work on keeping Jon Stewart on the air, and pull him back to the left if -I forget his name because it's late- thinks that is what's needed.

(17,086 posts)They probably won't take another one before the election. Everybody needs a break before they gear up for the political conventions, when they will probably have a lot of cast and crew on location, and then the campaign trail. I would guess the lack of reruns is a contract limitation with Comedy Central - they can only repeat the broadcasts so many times.
