Trump's meeting with Putin. What was discussed will be another PR disaster for Trump

When Trump has to explain if he talked to Putin about hacking, he has two options.

"Yes" - Trump will be admitting that the Russians DID help him win the election - something he has been trying hard not to admit, such as yesterday when he cast doubt in public. He will also be expected to say what punishment he has for Putin and what he is going to do to stop Putin's meddling in future.

"No" - If Trump doesn't bring up Russian interference, he will be accused of being weak and failing to protect America. It will look more likely that Trump collaborated with Putin to hack the election. Also Putin will think Trump is pathetically weak and will know there will be no consequences if he does it again.

A word salad "explanation" that neither confirms or denies either of the previous two options nor offers any actual answers to the question.

Refuses to discuss what was said in the meeting at all. Totally stonewalls it......or says he'll let us know in a couple of weeks, when Melanie does her press conference.

Will leak it himself, complain about the leak and refer to it as fake news.

he will excuse himself to take a leak and not be able to find his way out of the restroom.
