Previously, he was caught on camera deplaning Air Force One and wandering off onto the tarmac. Secret Service agents had to grab him and direct him back towards his vehicle, which he had just walked obliviously past. Then, he was caught ambling about aimlessly on a stage in Poland while his bodyguards looked on in befuddlement.

Today, at a meeting with world leaders, Trump started to daydream and was caught looking off in the wrong direction, to the obvious amusement of Angela Merkel. British Prime Minister Theresa May had to rouse him from his reverie to get him to pay attention.

It was a one day Timber Summit in Portland, and Clinton was in a stultifying all-day meeting. He was engaged, asking questions, pointing out things, interacting with all kinds of stakeholders on their turf in their language.
