Found it a little confusing myself, but if you notice there is a pattern. He's ready for another dive. After the G20 conference, what with his sucking up to his puppet master, dissing our intelligence community, and our media, especially while on foreign soil (although I'm not sure what difference that should make), not to mention the incompetence of his entire team (no room at the inn!!), I just can't see the improved ratings continuing.
