Keith Olbermann digs up old Trump tweet that may confirm he knew Don Jr. met with Russian lawyer

Keith Olbermann began Monday with a bombshell revelation by digging up President Donald Trump’s first tweet after former campaign chair Paul Manafort and son Donald Trump Jr. met with the Russian lawyer.

According to the New York Times report, Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya had a previously undisclosed meeting at Trump Tower with campaign officials on June 9, 2016. The meeting was not disclosed despite federal requirements that they do so.

The first tweet Trump sent after the meeting between Manafort, Don Jr. and Veselnitskaya happened to also be the first time Trump mentioned former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s “missing 33,000 emails.”

Hmm...Trump's very 1ST tweet about HRC's "missing 33,000 emails" appears to be from 6/9/16, after Manafort, Kushner, Don Jr met the Russian

Judicial Watch released the 750-page deposition from a top Clinton aide that Thursday in 2016 that said she could not confirm whether emails were deleted. That day was also the day President Barack Obama endorsed Clinton for the General Election. Trump notoriously tweeted earlier that day about the endorsement saying no one wants four more years of Obama. Clinton told Trump to delete his account.

So who the hell is doing all the work behind the scenes? This diseased "mind" isn't smart enough for any of this, so who is behind the scenes? There are so many levels to the treason who is the guy sitting at the head of the Star Chamber, that's the person/people we need to find.

2. Proves he had the information. It doesn't really prove he knows it came from

the Russians. We know he knew. But, can't he say they didn't tell me how and where they got the information? I mean yes he would look stupid. But, he doesn't care about that.

It looks horrible. But, I'm not sure it's proof.

5. Yes. The tweet is indicative he knew of the meeting, but not definitive.

Does anyone really believe that Kushner, Manaforte and Trump Jr. - Cheeto's eldest - would do anything without the big don's knowledge? I don't think so.

13. Remember that the initial spin was that he wasn't at Trump Tower that day

This is the same guy who smacked Donald Jr upside the head one time for wearing a t-shirt and baseball cap TO A BALLGAME. He made him go put on a Trump tie. He micro-manages E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.

If he was in the building, he knew about it. I tend to believe that even if he wasn't there, he'd STILL know about it. But by virtue of the fact that he was there, he knew.

Was his response to the June 16th meeting. The offer was made and his public invitation was his response.

6. This information is mostly circumstantial, but...

1.) Trump is a highly circumstantial actor, knee-jerk reacting quickly to every perceived opening or slight.

2.) Contrary to common wisdom, circumstantial evidence is admissible and can be damning in criminal cases. It doesn't by itself prove intent or cause, but it shows correlations that can buttress other kinds of evidence.

[On edit:] By "this information" I mean the linkage of the T-Tweet and the date of the meeting. The meeting itself appears to have been conducted in an illegal manner, given reports that T Jr. didn't report the contact. Beyond that, it smells like a conspiracy and collusion to me!

12. I think it speaks to what he HOPED the Russian lawyer had.

We know enough of his tweeting style to know he often rage tweets about immediate frustrations.

If this was the first time he tweeted about not having access to the emails, then he was probably recently disappointed about not getting access to them.

Also, draw a line from here to when Flynn started working with that Smith guy to try to recruit Russian hackers to get the emails (aka Plan B). My guess, shortly after this meeting, which means that there were further campaign strategy meetings that referenced the Russian lawyer meeting.

We're now starting to see this unfold in chronological order.
