The fact that my dad didn't just set me up with a trust fund and send me off like a lot of my friend's parents but gave me or hired me to be a senior Vice President at his huge global highly successful company is really all you need to know about his leadership and decision making. I have this really expensive education so he figured I'm probably really great. I hear it everyday when I walk into the office. Everyone's talking then they see me and it's all quiet, that's clearly out of respect for me. I hear words like "boss" that's me and "sun" because they see me as this beacon of light and possibility. That's the real world I live in Sean.
