CNN now with Wolf--Sen. Roger Wicker R, Mississippi says Jr. meeting is a nothingburger

Wolf pressing him that -was it OK to meet with foreign person for information. Wicker says nothing came of meeting.

But he misses the point. It was NOT the trump adm. but Trump himself. He and Tilly were the only ones in the g-20 meeting.

I'm sure the polling in Mississippi tells him that if he crosses Trump he will be primaried. He's going down with the ship because there are no lifeboats in Mississippi.

Why did the administration deny there was ever a meeting in the first place, and then issue conflicting stories about what the meeting was about? Do you know how people with nothing to hide would have treated this inquiry? No? I'm not surprised.
