He's not as breathtakingly stupid as Bush, but this is a political tone deafness that deserves special recognition of its own, and calling him a nit wit would be an insult to nits.
It would probably just take a couple of times to stick.
And unlike other insults like "Willard" and "Rmoney," this makes him look less qualified to be president since some people like money and rats.
