1. So funny,

watched a Hwy Trooper take one of these suckers down. We stopped for fuel and the Trooper was fueling up at the same time. One of these Suckers pulled in at another Island,Guy ended up in the Crow Bar Hotel. Understand some of charges were,False License Plates,homemade,no Drivers License,and of course no Insurance. Threatening Law Enforcement Officer plus carrying Illegal Firearms.

when the guy claimed non-jurisdiction and immunity from laws he didn't like.

5. Last we heard was,

he is still a resident at the Nye County Jail awaiting Trial. BTW,that particular County is home of several so called Sovereign's.

9. It's sad really

As funny as this stuff can be, mostly it's just sad and disturbing. It's sad that we have people so ignorant that they actually believe they can do these things. It's disturbing that the only way we seem to find to deal with these people is the exertion of force. I'm suspicious that these people are in essence, mentally ill. Either reduced intelligence or some form of paranoia. Either way, we almost need special teams to deal with these people in an "intervention" sense. It might even be useful to figure out exactly what their problem is.

When my father's dementia got so bad that mother had to have him taken away, they sent a special unit to the house for the "extraction". It wasn't tasers and batons. It was a guy with the patience of Job who talked to him until he got dad into a place where he would walk away on his own. From there, he got the help he needed (and mom needed him to have). Something tells me these people never got any help at all.

since they began as a small cult in the 70s. Their numbers exploded in the 90s when they added the "US has a secret account opened in your name for the discharge of your all your personal debts - we'll teach how to access this account" to their recruitment shpiel...
