The Russian attorney came out and said that she had been approached by the Trump campaign about getting dirt on Clinton. That would implicate Manafort, et al, in the collusion (as if there isn't plenty of other evidence of that, but be that as it may). Junior posts this to show that the Russians asked for the meeting. Yes, it buries him further, personally, but it's a better narrative (I guess) for Donald and the fellas. Junior is taking the fall. He killed Miles and he's going over for it.

Hmmm. Makes one ponder with whom tRump will side. My bet's on Kushner. After all, he'd only have to jettison one of his sons but if he rids himself of Jared, he'd likely lose his daughter and grandkids in the bargain. It's practically Shakespearean.

So he wanted to be first to publish. Also, I bet Trump's mad that Putin had that lawyer lie about "who asked who first." Finally, I agree that Trump would try to save Jared (only for the sake of Ivanka) before his own son.

Also, don't forget that Faux News and the GOP have started saying that there's nothing wrong with collusion; everybody does it. I'm sure this won't hurt the Trumps with their base.

Thus by date of that first email, about a week after Republicon Convention, there had already been negotiations and agreements for that support.

The quid pro quo was the change to the Republican platform regarding sanctions against Russia and that there would be ongoing efforts by tRump to lift the sanctions.

and still i am so suspicious! is he really that stupid? hmm. apparently. but he lawyered up yesterday. i'm literally fearful that this is a hoax and trump will somehow prove it - they'll prove for instance that jr's twitter account was hacked and the email is BS, or something.
