Now that we know Russian intelligence was directly involved with the Trump campaign, just suppose - and that's all I'm saying - just suppose there is hard data the Russians sent to the Trump campaign showing they physically flipped enough Democratic votes in order for Trump to win the Electoral College and this data were made public. That would mean Hillary won the election both electorally and by popular vote. What then? Does Gorsuch get thrown off the Supreme Court? Do all those executive orders get nullified? And does Hillary get to take over as President? Let's face it folks, there is no remedy for this. The constitution, as I know it, does not allow for a re-do on elections. We're royally screwed. Your thoughts.

2. Trump is in trouble, and I know you are "just supposing," but there is no evidence of flipped votes.

If that were found, I think someone would have to figure out a way to redo the election using the principles in the Constitution if not the written words.

But, there is absolutely no evidence of that. Further, I think Trump should resign because of the taint his Ruskie connections place on his Admin. I believe Comey did more damage to Clinton than anything when he came out 11 days before the election announcing a new investigation.

4. I've wandered the "what if" path regarding this nightmare as well....

...what if Comey was given engineered 'evidence' with which to base his decision on?

What if the machines were tampered with and the evidence has simply yet to be found?

What if trump actually accepts pay for assuming the office of president instead of donating it as he claimed he would? Does he think this gives the impression he's THAT generous if he in fact donates it? What are his actions saying? And why would his sons, whom have supposedly been given free will to manage things with no input/knowledge of dealings from trump sr, donate their "services" when they've their own debts /companies to run? Why isn't the media questioning Jr and brother on their lack of qualifications? As well as Ivanka and her involvement? She did say she was merely an observer yet she's there at tables with heads of state in representative fashion. What's up with that, media? Why so vacant on issues? Why give it coverage as if she's been properly vetted and appointed with congressional approval? What if they began asking relevant questions with authority of journalists? Brave enough to gop to jail if it meant exposing truth? It simply takes a handful to stand united! I'd love to hear Cronkite discuss the situation!

What if Putin has had a larger hand in election outcomes, what if he's that 'good'????

The republicans as a party shunned supporting candidate trump... they figured the voters would delete him - and want that at mcTurtle's urging to the collective group? Was that because he knew what the outcome would be? Hmmm. When did they board ship and sell their collective souls?

trump keeps a tight reign (limiting information dissemination) which would make it easier to 'fool' others as well give themselves 'outs.' Is that why he's chosen to have hundreds of government positions remain unfilled? How soon will the impact of this hit the economy?

5. We've been over this over and over again.

The election was certified. There is no constitutional methodology to nullify an election, or for a redo.

The only constitutional recourses right now are impeachment and trial, or the 25th amendment. Either way, we get Pence.

I know people here actually know these facts. That doesn't stop them from pretending that they know nothing about the US Constitution and propose do overs, or declarations that Hillary is actually president.

A waste of time, if you ask me. Why do it?
