JPR types applaud the idea of Putin dominating eastern Europe & pushing the US out of Europe
https://jackpineradicals.com/boards/topic/putins-policy-towards-america-is-working-and-that-could-be-a-good-thing/
Putin's Policy Towards America is Working, and That Could be a Good Thing At the recent G20 summit, Putin got everything, and I mean everything, he wanted at the time from Trump. But his longterm objective isn’t just the lifting of sanctions(which I’m sure he didn’t directly bring up at the time), but a pullback of the American and Western European military and influence from eastern Europe and what used to be Soviet Central Asia, where there’s all those wonderful natural gas and mineral deposits. How to do that? Simple. Promote a political awareness in America, by Americans themselves, that they have absolutely nothing to gain by pushing hard at Russia and escalating tensions with it. That is certainly the viewpoint RT America is advocating. The thing is, that has been my own viewpoint for most of my life! . . . So, nostrovia, Uncle Vlad! Keep funding RT America. I might even send you a Christmas card. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ![]()

2. I learned a lot about the JPR types
… during the 2016 election campaigns, when I read their crapola on a daily basis.
What I learned is that they are not terribly bright people and, as such, are easily manipulated – by outside forces, as well as by each other. There was literally NO conspiracy theory they didn’t swallow whole, especially where Hillary was concerned. No matter how utterly ridiculous such CTs were on their face, no matter completely ludicrous the “facts” presented were, they glommed onto them and, like dogs with a bone, refused to let go – until such “facts” were discarded because they were no longer “useful”. Case in point: hundreds of posts “proving” that HRC was suffering from “fatal, debilitating illnesses” were dropped the minute she lost the election – and the topic was never raised again. JPR is the perfect example of the blind leading the willfully blind, and the willfully deaf leading people with their fingers proudly plugged firmly in their ears. It is the perfect example of how easily manipulated certain types are – and they are no different than those on the “right” who espouse exactly the same bullshit. I would highly recommend a browse-through of JPR to every Democrat. It serves as an education in how the easily-led are corralled, targeted, and convinced to swallow lies without question or hesitation. |

4. I would recommend a browse-through of Reddit's
WayoftheBern as well. Some folks like to pretend JPR is an aberration but they aren't.

14. Some folks think JPR and others sites are loaded with trolls ...right wing and Russian who
trick those folks who one must admit are pretty stupid...certainly third party riffraff, Green spoilers,Republican operatives...and of course the Russian spoilers who want the new Russian party of the GOP to win.

10. I got to learn some of this at the National Convention
Many of the idiots who were in the Sanders delegation were typical JPR type posters, i.e., very stupid and full of hate. I had to be around these idiots for an entire week and it was not fun
JPR types are all idiots |

3. I always figured that was the case with many over there.
The few times I went there to see what's going on I noticed a few familiar names and many of them were the "anyone who is opposed to the US or US-allies is good" type of folks... Don't get me wrong, I think we screw up a lot of the planet with our nonsense. I just don't buy into the whole belief that the world would be singing kumbaya if it weren't for the US and Western Europe like many of those folks seem to believe.
Even before the whole Trump/Russia stuff I noticed there was a lot less Russian cheerleading on DU once certain folks moved over there. |

12. and the ironic claim their uncritical support for Putin was "anti-war"
Because when Russia invades sovereign countries and kills civilians, it doesn't count as war.

13. They are white nationalists
They call themselves progressives, but they don't support a single thing that would move the country forward. It's all about turning the clock back a half century, when they still had teeth.

16. Remarkable just how nutty those people who used to post on DU really are.
I mean, I started getting an idea of it over the last few years here, and definitely some of the usernames were raising eyebrows with their posts here on DU.
But now that they don't have to worry about pretending to be progressives or Democrats, their real craziness is shining through. Not just the post you linked, I clicked around a bit, and basically it's become a Trump/Putin cheering squad. And these people used to be DUers! |

And just about all of them doing that here ultimately left here and went over to continue to spew that line.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. |

are gone from here.
Even Manny, who I did not follow here, can't seem to get through their thick skulls. It's kind of funny. |
